- 260 g Entrecôte(s)
- Salt and pepper

Instructions
- 1. Brush the entrecôte steak lightly with oil.
- 2. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
- 3. Place the meat into the air fryer basket.
- 4. Cook the steak at 200 °C for a total of 5 minutes.
- 5. Turn the steak once after 2.5 minutes.
- 6. Reduce the temperature to 100 °C and let the steak rest for 4 minutes.
- 7. Increase the temperature back to 200 °C and cook the steak for another 5 minutes.
- 8. Turn the steak again after half the time (i.e., after 2.5 minutes).
- 9. Season the finished steak with salt and pepper.
- 10. Serve the steak immediately.
