  2. 2. Cut the peppers and tomatoes into small cubes.
  3. 3. Peel the onion.
  4. 4. Cut the onion into small cubes as well.
  5. 5. Wash the iceberg lettuce.
  6. 6. Dry the iceberg lettuce well.
  7. 7. Cut the iceberg lettuce into thin strips.
  8. 8. Heat some oil in a pan.
  9. 9. Fry the minced meat in the pan.
  10. 10. Add the onion cubes to the minced meat.
  11. 11. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  12. 12. Cook the meat until it is well done.
  13. 13. Stir in the salsa to taste.
  14. 14. Add half of the pepper and tomato cubes.
  15. 15. Add a quarter of the grated cheese.
  16. 16. Add two tablespoons of sour cream.
  17. 17. Let the filling infuse for a short while.
  18. 18. Place three to four heaped tablespoons of the filling in the center of each wrap.
