🍽️ Mince meat filling for wraps

Ingredients
- 500 g ground meat, mixed
- 2 bell pepper(s)
- 1 iceberg lettuce
- 1 onion(s)
- 4 medium-sized tomato(es)
- 200 ml sour cream (or Schmand)
- 0.5 packet cheese, grated
- salsa
- salt and pepper
- oil (for frying)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the peppers and tomatoes under running water.
- 2. Cut the peppers and tomatoes into small cubes.
- 3. Peel the onion.
- 4. Cut the onion into small cubes as well.
- 5. Wash the iceberg lettuce.
- 6. Dry the iceberg lettuce well.
- 7. Cut the iceberg lettuce into thin strips.
- 8. Heat some oil in a pan.
- 9. Fry the minced meat in the pan.
- 10. Add the onion cubes to the minced meat.
- 11. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 12. Cook the meat until it is well done.
- 13. Stir in the salsa to taste.
- 14. Add half of the pepper and tomato cubes.
- 15. Add a quarter of the grated cheese.
- 16. Add two tablespoons of sour cream.
- 17. Let the filling infuse for a short while.
- 18. Place three to four heaped tablespoons of the filling in the center of each wrap.
- 19. Distribute the remaining pepper and tomato cubes on top.
- 20. Add the iceberg lettuce on top.
- 21. Add the remaining cheese on top.
- 22. Add one to two teaspoons of sour cream on top.
- 23. Roll up the wraps.
- 24. Alternatively: Place all ingredients in small bowls.
- 25. Set the wraps on the table.
- 26. Let everyone fill their wraps as they like.
