🍽️ Creamy Feta Dip with Peppers and Herbs

Ingredients
- 200 g feta cheese (creamy)
- 200 g cream cheese (e.g. Philadelphia)
- 1 bell pepper (red, small cubes)
- 1 tsp herbs (of Provence)
- 0.5 tsp oregano
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 clove(s) garlic (to taste)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Dice the bell pepper into small cubes.
- 2. Dice the feta cheese into small cubes as well.
- 3. Place the diced pepper and feta cubes into a bowl.
- 4. Add the cream cheese to the bowl.
- 5. Pour the olive oil into the bowl.
- 6. Use a hand blender to puree the entire mixture until it is smooth and creamy.
- 7. Press the garlic cloves.
- 8. Stir the pressed garlic into the cream.
- 9. Finely chop the fresh herbs.
- 10. Stir the chopped herbs into the cream.
- 11. Season the cream with salt.
- 12. Season the cream with pepper.
- 13. Place the bowl in the refrigerator.
- 14. Let the cream cool down in the refrigerator.
