🍽️ Modern Air Fryer Curry Wurst

Ingredients
- 4 beef sausages (red or white)
- 500 ml tomato passata
- 4 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp curry powder (hot or mild)
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp vegetable bouillon, instant
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Tabasco (or more to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the sausages into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Place the sausage pieces into the air fryer basket.
- 3. Add all sauce ingredients to the Thermomix.
- 4. Set the air fryer to 190 °C and 15 minutes.
- 5. Set the Thermomix to 100 °C and 15 minutes at speed 1.
- 6. Shake the air fryer basket every 5 minutes to ensure even browning.
- 7. Check after 15 minutes if the sausages are cooked through.
- 8. Let the sauce mix again briefly at speed 3 in the Thermomix at the end.
- 9. Plate the curry wurst.
- 10. Sprinkle the dish with curry powder to taste.
