🍽️ Fluffy Bread from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 0.5 cube yeast
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- 1 pinch(es) sugar
- 1 splash olive oil
- 125 ml water, lukewarm
- Fat (for the fryer)
Instructions
- 1. Put the flour and salt into a large bowl.
- 2. Dissolve the yeast and the pinch of sugar in the water.
- 3. Add the yeast mixture and the oil to the flour.
- 4. Knead everything into a smooth dough that no longer sticks to your hands.
- 5. Knead the dough a bit longer so that the bread becomes more moist later.
- 6. Grease the basket of the air fryer.
- 7. Place the shaped dough into the basket.
- 8. Cover the dough and let it rise for about 1 hour.
- 9. Poke the bread several times with a fork.
- 10. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and bake the bread for 45 minutes.
