Ingredients
- 150 g date(s) (pitted)
- 300 g cream cheese
- 200 g sour cream
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tsp, level curry powder
- a little cayenne pepper (approx. 1 - 3 pinches)
- to taste salt
Instructions
- 1. Dice the dates into very small pieces. You can also do this in a blender for 6 seconds on the highest setting.
- 2. Peel the garlic clove and press it. Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, dates, garlic, and spices well. This can also be done in a mixer.
- 3. A delicious spread for parties, especially tasty with homemade whole grain bread.
