  2. 2. Place the rosemary sprigs inside the cavity of the chicken.
  3. 3. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
  4. 4. Place the chicken directly into the basket without the insert pot.
  5. 5. Allow the fat to drain well through the sieve.
  6. 6. Cook the chicken for 25 minutes at 180 °C.
  7. 7. Lower the temperature to 165 °C.
  8. 8. Bake the chicken for another 20 minutes at 165 °C.
  9. 9. Make sure the chicken does not become too dark.
  10. 10. Adjust the cooking time according to the weight of the chicken.
