Ingredients
- 1 large roast chicken
- 2 sprig rosemary
Instructions
- 1. Rub the chicken with your favorite olive oil marinade.
- 2. Place the rosemary sprigs inside the cavity of the chicken.
- 3. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 4. Place the chicken directly into the basket without the insert pot.
- 5. Allow the fat to drain well through the sieve.
- 6. Cook the chicken for 25 minutes at 180 °C.
- 7. Lower the temperature to 165 °C.
- 8. Bake the chicken for another 20 minutes at 165 °C.
- 9. Make sure the chicken does not become too dark.
- 10. Adjust the cooking time according to the weight of the chicken.
