Ingredients
- 500 g sliced chicken
- 2 pkgs. vegetables ((cream vegetables), frozen)
- 125 ml Cremefine (for cooking)
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
- 1. Place the sliced chicken meat into a bowl.
- 2. Pour the soy sauce over the meat.
- 3. Mix the meat thoroughly with the sauce.
- 4. Let the marinade work for 1 to 2 hours.
- 5. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 6. Place the marinated meat along with the soy sauce into the cooking basket.
- 7. Fry the meat for 5 minutes at 180 °C.
- 8. Stir the meat occasionally during the frying time.
- 9. Lower the air fryer temperature to 160 °C.
- 10. Add the prepared cream vegetable mix.
- 11. Add the cream cheese product (Cremefine).
- 12. Mix all ingredients thoroughly together.
- 13. Cook the dish for another 10 minutes at 160 °C.
- 14. Stir the dish occasionally during the cooking time.
- 15. Ensure the sauce is evenly distributed and nothing burns.
- 16. Season the dish to taste at the end.
- 17. Serve the chicken with delicious bread or spätzle (egg noodles).
