🍽️ Shredded Herb Oyster Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 500 g oyster mushrooms (large)
- 1 tsp paprika powder, smoked
- 1 pinch nutmeg, freshly grated
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp barbecue sauce
- 1 large onion, red
- 3 garlic clove(s)
- maybe oil
- maybe salt
Instructions
- 1. Shred the herb oyster mushrooms into fine fibers using a fork. Slice the onions into thin strips and finely chop the garlic.
- 2. Sauté the shredded mushrooms together with the onions and garlic in a hot pan. As soon as the mushrooms release liquid, add the spices and the BBQ sauce. Continue cooking until the liquid has evaporated and the mixture becomes crispy.
- 3. Enjoy them, for example, in a sandwich.
