Ingredients
- 2 packs BÜRGER vegetable maultaschen (360 g each)
- 1 onion(s)
- 350 g button mushrooms
- 2 tbsp oil
- 100 ml dry white wine
- 200 ml cream
- salt and pepper
- 4 sprig(s) parsley
- 0.5 bunch chives
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onion.
- 2. Cut the onion into small cubes.
- 3. Wash the mushrooms.
- 4. Cut the mushrooms into quarters.
- 5. Heat some oil in a pan.
- 6. Sauté the onions in the hot oil for about 3 minutes.
- 7. Add the mushrooms to the onions in the pan.
- 8. Sauté the mushrooms for another 6 to 8 minutes.
- 9. Deglaze the pan with wine.
- 10. Add cream to the pan.
- 11. Let the sauce simmer briefly.
- 12. Season the sauce with salt.
- 13. Season the sauce with pepper.
- 14. Wash the parsley.
- 15. Wash the chives.
- 16. Shake the herbs dry.
- 17. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
- 18. Chop the parsley leaves finely.
- 19. Cut the chives into thin rings.
- 20. Cut the Maultaschen (German dumplings) into strips about 0.5 cm thick.
- 21. Add the Maultaschen strips to the mushroom sauce in the pan.
- 22. Heat the Maultaschen in the sauce for 10 to 12 minutes.
- 23. Serve the Maultaschen on plates.
- 24. Garnish the dish with the chopped chives.
- 25. Garnish the dish with the chopped parsley.
