🍕 Crispy Low-Carb Pizza with Tuna Base in the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 1 can tuna in its own juice
- 1 egg
- 100 g red bell pepper(s)
- 1 small onion(s)
- 150 g zucchini
- some olives
- 30 g mozzarella (grated)
- 100 ml tomato, pureed
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 1 clove/garlic
- 2 small tomato(es)
- oregano
- basil
- thyme
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Drain the tuna fillet thoroughly in a sieve to remove excess liquid.
- 2. Knead the drained tuna in a bowl with the egg until you have a smooth, homogeneous mixture.
- 3. Cut the vegetables into small pieces and season them with salt and your favorite spices.
- 4. Cook the seasoned vegetables without added fat for 10 minutes at 200 °C in the air fryer basket.
- 5. Set the tomatoes aside from the rest of the vegetables and line the air fryer basket with baking paper.
- 6. Spread the tuna-egg mixture evenly in the lined basket and press it down flat.
- 7. Bake the tuna base for 10 minutes at 200 °C until it is firm.
- 8. Mix pureed tomatoes, tomato paste, spices, and pressed garlic in a small bowl to make a sauce.
- 9. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pre-baked tuna base.
- 10. Distribute the pre-cooked vegetables (except the tomatoes) evenly over the pizza.
- 11. Place the sliced tomatoes as a topping on the vegetables.
- 12. Spread the mozzarella evenly over the entire pizza.
- 13. Bake the finished pizza for 8 minutes at 180 °C until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
