Ingredients
- 8 slice/s Toast bread
- 200 ml Crème fraîche
- some cream
- 0.5 Onion
- 100 g Ham cubes
- 200 g Cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper
- some Chives (fresh or frozen)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- 2. Dice the onion into small cubes. Stir the crème fraîche until smooth with a splash of cream. Fold in the onions, ham, cheese, and chives. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 3. Spread the filling evenly over the toast slices. Bake them in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
