🍰 Cheese Burger Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 packet HENGLEIN Fresh Pizza Dough (400 g)
- 0.5 onion(s)
- 300 g ground beef
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp mustard, medium-hot
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- salt and pepper (freshly ground)
- 6 cherry tomato(es)
- 3 pickle(s) (3 - 4)
- 120 g cheddar cheese (grated)
- fat for the pan
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan.
- 3. Fry the minced meat together with the onions for about 5 minutes.
- 4. Stir mustard and ketchup into the meat mixture.
- 5. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 6. Let the meat mixture cool down completely.
- 7. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters.
- 8. Roughly chop the cucumbers.
- 9. Unroll the pizza dough.
- 10. Cut the dough into 12 rectangles (each approx. 9 x 9 cm).
- 11. Place the cooled meat mixture, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, and cucumbers in the center of the dough pieces.
- 12. Fold the dough over the filling.
- 13. Press the dough edges firmly together so no opening remains.
- 14. Grease the cups of a muffin tin.
- 15. Place the muffins with the sealed side down into the cups.
- 16. Brush the muffins with milk.
- 17. Sprinkle them with sesame seeds.
- 18. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (convection: 160 °C).
- 19. Bake the muffins for approx. 35 minutes.
- 20. Let the muffins cool down slightly.
- 21. Remove them from the tin.
- 22. Serve them lukewarm, optionally with burger sauce and ketchup.
