  1. 1. Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. 3. Fry the minced meat together with the onions for about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir mustard and ketchup into the meat mixture.
  5. 5. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  6. 6. Let the meat mixture cool down completely.
  7. 7. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters.
  8. 8. Roughly chop the cucumbers.
  9. 9. Unroll the pizza dough.
  10. 10. Cut the dough into 12 rectangles (each approx. 9 x 9 cm).
  11. 11. Place the cooled meat mixture, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, and cucumbers in the center of the dough pieces.
  12. 12. Fold the dough over the filling.
  13. 13. Press the dough edges firmly together so no opening remains.
  14. 14. Grease the cups of a muffin tin.
  15. 15. Place the muffins with the sealed side down into the cups.
  16. 16. Brush the muffins with milk.
  17. 17. Sprinkle them with sesame seeds.
  18. 18. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (convection: 160 °C).
  19. 19. Bake the muffins for approx. 35 minutes.
  20. 20. Let the muffins cool down slightly.
  21. 21. Remove them from the tin.
