🍽️ Leek Tart for the Philips Airfryer by Küchenfee_zaubert_leckeres

Ingredients
- 2 stalks leek
- 14 cherry tomatoes
- 1 container sour cream (lactose-free)
- 2 eggs
- 65 g butter
- 125 g flour
- 0.5 tsp cumin powder
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- to taste salt and pepper
- fat and flour for the pan
Instructions
- 1. Sift the flour into a bowl and make a well in the center.
- 2. Place one egg into the well.
- 3. Distribute the butter pieces over the flour.
- 4. Add a pinch of salt.
- 5. Knead the ingredients quickly into a dough using cold hands.
- 6. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap.
- 7. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for two hours.
- 8. Clean the leeks and slice them into rings.
- 9. Steam the leeks until soft in a steamer.
- 10. Season the leeks with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and cumin.
- 11. Allow the seasoned leeks to cool down.
- 12. Wash the tomatoes.
- 13. Press half of the dough into a greased and floured tart pan with a diameter of 17.5 cm.
- 14. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 15. Use the grill pan insert to make it easier to handle the pan.
- 16. Pre-bake the dough without filling for three to five minutes.
- 17. Whisk the sour cream, one egg, and a little salt with a hand mixer.
- 18. Place half of the tomatoes in the center of the pre-baked dough.
- 19. Distribute half of the cooled leeks around the edge of the dough.
- 20. Pour half of the sour cream-egg mixture evenly over the tart.
- 21. Bake the tart for eleven to fifteen minutes until done.
- 22. Repeat the steps with the remaining ingredients for a second tart.
