🍰 Chocolate Mug Cake from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp flour
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp milk
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp nut nougat cream
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch cinnamon
Instructions
- 1. Put all ingredients for the chocolate mug cake into a large, heatproof mug.
- 2. Stir the ingredients vigorously until a smooth batter has formed.
- 3. Decide whether you want to bake the batter in one large mug or two small mugs.
- 4. Preheat the air fryer to 170 °C.
- 5. Place the mug(s) in the air fryer and bake the cake for 10 to 15 minutes.
- 6. Check after 10 minutes if the cake is done, and extend the time if necessary.
- 7. Carefully remove the mug(s) from the air fryer using oven mitts, as they are very hot.
- 8. Serve the chocolate mug cake immediately while warm.
- 9. Flavor the batter to your liking with spices such as cardamom, ground cloves, or gingerbread spice.
- 10. You can also jazz up the cake with nuts or fruit pieces.
