🍽️ The Ultimate Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 kg potatoes, floury
- 120 g butter
- 120 ml milk
- 1 pinch(es) nutmeg, freshly grated
- salt and pepper
- 1 sprig rosemary
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes, cut them in half, and boil them in a pot of water for 20 to 25 minutes until tender.
- 2. Heat the milk and butter in a small saucepan. Add the spices and simmer the rosemary sprig for a short time, then remove it.
- 3. Mash the potatoes roughly, pour in the warm butter-milk mixture, and beat everything with a potato masher or mixer until fluffy. Taste the mashed potatoes one last time before serving.
