Ingredients
- 3 potatoes
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 50 g parmesan
- 2 tsp garlic granules
- 2 tsp paprika powder
- 2 tsp herbs, Italian
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes and cut them into wedges.
- 2. Place the potato wedges into a large bowl.
- 3. Add the parmesan and olive oil to the potatoes.
- 4. Mix everything well until the potatoes are evenly coated.
- 5. Place the spices into a small separate bowl.
- 6. Stir the spices in the small bowl.
- 7. Add the spice mixture to the potatoes.
- 8. Stir the potatoes vigorously so the spices stick.
- 9. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 10. Spread the potato pieces out flat on the tray.
- 11. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 12. Place the tray into the preheated oven.
- 13. Bake the potatoes for about 40 minutes until crispy.
