Ingredients
- 6 eggs (soft-boiled)
- 1 container yogurt (3.5 %, 125 g each)
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise (80 %)
- 2 tsp mustard, medium-hot
- 1 tsp capers (drained)
- 8 cornichons (finely chopped)
- salt and pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 clove garlic (pressed)
- cayenne pepper
Instructions
- 1. Boil the eggs until soft-boiled, so that the yolk remains creamy.
- 2. Let the eggs cool down, peel them, and slice them.
- 3. Whisk the sauce thoroughly using the remaining ingredients.
- 4. Add the egg slices to the sauce.
- 5. Mix everything lightly so that the yolk goes into the sauce and colors it yellow.
- 6. Serve the salad garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
