Ingredients
- 220 g flour
- 30 g sugar
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 pinch(es) salt
- 2 egg(s)
- 240 ml milk
- 60 g butter (melted)
- 1 apple (to taste)

- maple syrup
- cinnamon (and sugar)
- Nutella (and bananas)
Instructions
- 1. Mix the flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl. Whisk the eggs and milk in a separate container. Slowly add the flour mixture to the egg milk and stir until smooth. Finally, stir in the melted butter.
- 2. Form each pancake using about one tablespoon of batter in a non-stick pan. Flip the pancakes once bubbles form on the surface. Cook them golden brown on both sides over medium heat.
- 3. Top the pancake with thin apple slices and cook them briefly if desired.
- 4. Serve the pancakes with butter and maple syrup, cinnamon and sugar, or Nutella and banana, according to your taste.
