  1. 1. Mix the flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl. Whisk the eggs and milk in a separate container. Slowly add the flour mixture to the egg milk and stir until smooth. Finally, stir in the melted butter.
  2. 2. Form each pancake using about one tablespoon of batter in a non-stick pan. Flip the pancakes once bubbles form on the surface. Cook them golden brown on both sides over medium heat.
  3. 3. Top the pancake with thin apple slices and cook them briefly if desired.
  4. 4. Serve the pancakes with butter and maple syrup, cinnamon and sugar, or Nutella and banana, according to your taste.
