  2. 2. Mix the yeast with the sugar in a small bowl.
  3. 3. Pour in a splash of lukewarm water and stir until the yeast dissolves.
  4. 4. Let the mixture stand for five minutes until it foams.
  5. 5. Add the flour, the yeast mixture, the salt, the olive oil, and the remaining water to a large bowl.
  6. 6. Knead the dough vigorously until it pulls away from the sides of the bowl.
  7. 7. If the dough is still sticky, add a little more flour.
  8. 8. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap.
  9. 9. Let the dough rise in a warm place for one and a half hours.
  10. 10. Heat the oil in a small pot.
  11. 11. Sauté the chopped onion and chopped garlic in it until the onion becomes soft and translucent.
  12. 12. Deglaze the onions with the pureed tomatoes.
  13. 13. Turn off the stove.
  14. 14. Season the sauce with pepper, salt, dried oregano, and dried basil.

  26. 26. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza.
  27. 27. Top the pizza to your liking with ingredients such as grated mozzarella, poultry salami, red onions, and green peppers.
