🍰 Mini Red Currant Cake from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 65 g Butter
- 65 g Sugar
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 125 g Flour
- 0.25 packet Baking Powder
- n. B. Milk
- Fett and Flour for the Pan
- 1 Egg White
- 50 g Sugar
- g Red Currants
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the air fryer to 170 °C.
- 2. Cream the butter until smooth.
- 3. Mix in the sugar and egg yolks.
- 4. Combine the flour and baking powder.
- 5. Fold the flour mixture into the butter mixture.
- 6. Add milk gradually until a smooth batter forms.
- 7. Grease a small springform pan (approx. 18 cm diameter).
- 8. Dust the pan with flour.
- 9. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- 10. Whisk the egg whites until stiff.
- 11. Stir the sugar into the egg whites.
- 12. Fold the red currants into the egg white mixture.
- 13. Place the red currants on top of the batter in the pan.
- 14. Place the pan in the air fryer and bake the cake at 170 °C for 20 minutes.
- 15. Reduce the temperature to 150 °C and bake for another 5 to 7 minutes.
