Ingredients

- to taste flour
- 350 g cornflakes (unsweetened)
- 1 tsp garlic granules (or 1 clove garlic, pressed)
- to taste salt and pepper
- oil (ghee or margarine)
- 4 burger buns
- 4 chicken cutlets
- 2 tomato(es) (to taste)
- to taste lettuce
- to taste mayonnaise
Instructions
- 1. Crush the unsweetened cornflakes into coarse pieces, either in a bag with a rolling pin or in a blender. Whisk the eggs with dried garlic, salt, and pepper. This mixture ensures the coating sticks well to the meat later.
- 2. Coat the meat in this order: first in flour, then dip into the egg mixture, and finally roll in the cornflakes. Fry the cutlets until crispy over low to medium heat. Use oil, ghee, or margarine for frying.
- 3. Slice the buns and spread mayonnaise or remoulade on both halves. Place the fried cutlet, tomato slices, and lettuce on top. Your crispy chicken burger is now ready.
