  2. 2. Crumble the yeast finely into the liquid and stir everything well.
  3. 3. Let the yeast mixture rise in a warm place for 5 to 10 minutes until it foams.
  4. 4. Add salt, butter, flour, and an egg to the yeast mixture.
  5. 5. Knead the dough vigorously until it is smooth and elastic.
  6. 6. Shape the dough into a ball and place it on a baking sheet dusted with flour.
  7. 7. Let the dough rise for approx. 45 minutes at room temperature.
  8. 8. Whisk the remaining milk with an egg in a small bowl.
  9. 9. Cut the risen dough into equal pieces and shape them into buns.
  10. 10. Brush the buns with the milk-egg mixture.
  11. 11. Generously sprinkle sesame seeds over the brushed buns.
  12. 12. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
