Ingredients
- 200 g herb quark
- 4 egg(s)
- 2 tbsp wine vinegar
- 80 g almonds, ground
- 40 g psyllium husks
- 40 g flaxseeds
- 40 g sunflower seeds
- 40 g chia seeds
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 17 g coconut flour
- 2 tbsp fried onions
Instructions
- 1. Whisk the quark, eggs, and vinegar in a bowl until smooth.
- 2. Combine the remaining dry ingredients in a separate bowl and mix well.
- 3. Gently fold the dry mixture into the quark-egg mixture until evenly combined.
- 4. Knead the dough briefly and shape it into a small loaf.
- 5. Use a sharp knife to score a pattern or slits into the surface of the bread.
- 6. Preheat the air fryer to 170 °C.
- 7. Place the bread loaf in the basket or on the grill plate of the air fryer.
- 8. Bake the bread for 35 minutes at 170 °C.
- 9. Remove the bread and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
