Ingredients
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 3 tbsp herb vinegar
- 5 tbsp vegetable oil
- salt and pepper
- sugar
- dill
- parsley
Instructions
- 1. Peel the cucumber and slice it into thin rounds. Place the slices in a bowl and sprinkle them generously with salt. Let the salad sit for about 30 minutes to draw out the moisture.
- 2. Now pour 5 tablespoons of oil and 3 tablespoons of vinegar over the cucumbers. Season with pepper and sugar to your taste. Add a small splash of tap water. Fold in finely chopped parsley and dill. Let the salad marinate for a short while.
- 3. I usually prepare this cucumber salad according to my preference, so there are no fixed quantities here. Use this guide as inspiration and adjust it to your own taste.
