  4. 4. Add 30 grams of the cheese amount to the spinach mixture.
  5. 5. Use a mix of sharp cheddar and mild mozzarella for the best flavor.
  6. 6. Place a wheat tortilla on a work surface.
  7. 7. Sprinkle cheese on one half of the tortilla.
  8. 8. Place the spinach and cheese filling on the cheese-sprinkled side.
  9. 9. Press the filling down slightly.
  10. 10. Sprinkle more cheese over the filling.
  11. 11. Cover everything with a second tortilla.
  12. 12. Heat oil in a pan over low heat.
