🍽️ Crispy Turbot with Lemon Butter Crumbs

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter (soft)
- 0.5 lemon(s) (the juice of it)
- 3 tbsp panko (or breadcrumbs)
- sea salt and pepper (white, from the mill)
- 2 turbot fillet(s) (boneless, skinless)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Melt the butter in a small bowl.
- 2. Stir the lemon juice into the melted butter.
- 3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 4. Gently fold in the panko breadcrumbs until a crumbly mixture forms.
- 5. Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
- 6. Toast the lemon butter crumbs in the pan until golden brown.
- 7. Remove the pan from the heat and set the crumbs aside.
- 8. Divide the turbot into serving portions.
- 9. Lightly salt the fish pieces on both sides.
- 10. Brush the fillets lightly with olive oil.
- 11. Preheat the air fryer to 160 °C.
- 12. Place the turbot in the grill pan of the air fryer.
- 13. Cook the fish for 7 to 8 minutes in the air fryer.
- 14. Remove the cooked turbot from the air fryer.
- 15. Sprinkle the roasted lemon butter crumbs over the fish before serving.
