🍳 Crunchy Granola Bars with Sesame and Fruit

Ingredients
- 300 g Oat Flakes
- 100 g Apricot(s)
- 30 g Cranberries
- 50 g Pumpkin Seeds
- 50 g Almond Flakes
- 50 g Coconut Oil
- 3 tbsp Agave Syrup
- 1 tbsp Coconut Blossom Sugar
- 6 tbsp Sesame Paste (or Peanut Butter)
- 1 Banana(s) (mashed)
- 1 Apple (finely grated)
- 100 ml Water (hot)
- a little Lemon Juice
Instructions
- 1. Line a baking pan with baking paper.
- 2. Heat the coconut oil, sesame paste, coconut blossom sugar, and lemon juice in a pot.
- 3. Toast the oats and pumpkin seeds in a pan without adding extra fat.
- 4. Mix the toasted oats and pumpkin seeds with the dried fruits.
- 5. Stir the grated apple, banana, hot water, and agar-agar syrup in a separate bowl.
- 6. Pour the hot sesame-oil mixture into the apple-banana mixture and stir everything well.
- 7. Add the dry ingredients (oats, seeds, dried fruits) to the wet mixture and mix everything thoroughly.
- 8. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
- 9. Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the pan.
- 10. Preheat the air fryer to 140 °C and bake the bars for 40 minutes.
