  2. 2. Heat the coconut oil, sesame paste, coconut blossom sugar, and lemon juice in a pot.
  3. 3. Toast the oats and pumpkin seeds in a pan without adding extra fat.
  4. 4. Mix the toasted oats and pumpkin seeds with the dried fruits.
  5. 5. Stir the grated apple, banana, hot water, and agar-agar syrup in a separate bowl.
  6. 6. Pour the hot sesame-oil mixture into the apple-banana mixture and stir everything well.
  7. 7. Add the dry ingredients (oats, seeds, dried fruits) to the wet mixture and mix everything thoroughly.
  8. 8. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
  9. 9. Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the pan.
  10. 10. Preheat the air fryer to 140 °C and bake the bars for 40 minutes.
