  1. 1. Heat a pan with a little olive oil over medium heat.
  2. 2. Finely chop the shallots and add them to the hot pan along with the vegetable cubes.
  3. 3. Sauté the vegetables until they turn slightly golden brown.
  4. 4. Remove the pan from the heat and let the vegetable mixture cool down completely.
  5. 5. Add the minced meat, the egg, the mustard, the paprika powder (or Baharat spice), and the panko breadcrumbs to a large bowl.
  6. 6. Mix all ingredients thoroughly with your hands or a spoon.
  7. 7. If desired, add the finely chopped chili pepper now.
  8. 8. Add the cooled vegetable mixture, the crumbled feta cheese, and the chopped chervil to the meat mixture.
  9. 9. Mix everything again thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is formed.
  10. 10. Finally, season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  11. 11. Lightly grease a small ovenproof dish or a baking liner with oil.
  12. 12. Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared dish.
  13. 13. Carefully place the dish into the Quick Clean Basket of the air fryer.
  14. 14. Preheat the air fryer to 170 °C.
  15. 15. Cook the meatloaf for 35 minutes at 170 °C in the air fryer.
  16. 16. Optional: Wrap thin slices of bacon around the finished loaf before serving.
