  1. 1. Mix about two-thirds of the vegetables with the red wine and poultry broth in a bowl.
  2. 2. Add the paprika powder and garlic to the vegetable-spice liquid.
  3. 3. Wash the chicken and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
  4. 4. Cut the chicken meat into large pieces.
  5. 5. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
  6. 6. Place the chicken pieces into the marinade and mix everything well.
  7. 7. Let the meat marinate for 20 to 30 minutes.
  8. 8. Put salt, thyme, lemon zest, and a bay leaf into a tea bag.
  9. 9. Seal the tea bag well.
  10. 10. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and add the olive oil to the baking insert.
  11. 11. Add the remaining vegetables to the insert and sweat them for 4 to 5 minutes.
  12. 12. Add the marinated chicken along with the remaining marinade and vegetables to the air fryer.
  13. 13. Braise the chicken for 20 to 25 minutes at 140 °C in the Quick Clean Basket.
  14. 14. Turn the chicken once in the middle of cooking.
  15. 15. Add the tea bag with the spices 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
  16. 16. Taste the dish at the end and adjust with salt and pepper.
