  2. 2. Toast the ground seeds in a pan without fat for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. 3. Make sure the seeds do not burn, but only release their aromas.
  4. 4. Peel the carrots and cut them into sticks of equal size.
  5. 5. Mix all spices with the honey, olive oil, and lime juice to make a marinade.
  6. 6. Add the carrot sticks to the marinade and stir everything well.
  7. 7. Ensure that all carrots are completely covered with the marinade.
  8. 8. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
  9. 9. Place the marinated carrots in the baking basket of the air fryer.
