🍽️ Fluffy Yeast Loaf

Ingredients
- 100 ml milk (lukewarm)
- 15 g yeast (fresh)
- 100 g sugar
- 250 g flour
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 egg yolk
- 50 g butter (soft)
- 2 tbsp butter (soft, for brushing)
Instructions
- 1. Slightly warm the milk and pour it into a large mixing bowl.
- 2. Crumble the yeast into the milk and stir in 15 grams of sugar.
- 3. Mix the ingredients well and let the mixture rest for 10 to 15 minutes to activate the yeast.
- 4. Now add all remaining dough ingredients to the bowl.
- 5. Knead the dough until smooth and cover the bowl with a damp cloth.
- 6. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1.5 hours until it has doubled in size.
- 7. Grease the baking pan for the air fryer and place the dough inside.
- 8. Cover the pan and let the dough rise again for 30 to 40 minutes in a warm place.
- 9. Score the surface of the dough in a cross pattern with a sharp knife to release tension.
- 10. Place the pan in the cold air fryer and set it to 150 °C convection.
- 11. Bake the bread for 15 to 20 minutes.
- 12. After 5 to 10 minutes of baking time, brush the surface with a little butter.
- 13. Remove the bread from the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
