  3. 3. Cut the tart dough to fit exactly into the basket of your air fryer.
  4. 4. Spread the seasoned cream mixture evenly over the dough.
  5. 5. Peel the shallot and dice it into very fine cubes.
  6. 6. Cut the bacon into coarse pieces.
  7. 7. Distribute the shallot cubes and bacon pieces evenly over the cream.
  8. 8. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
  9. 9. Place the tart on a piece of baking paper and slide it into the basket.
