Ingredients
- 1 piece Flammkuchenteig (cut to fit the air fryer basket)
- 30 g crème fraîche
- 25 g sour cream
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- 1 sprig Thyme (picked)
- 0.5 Shallot (finely diced)
- 25 g Bacon (diced)
Instructions
- 1. Whisk the crème fraîche and sour cream together in a bowl.
- 2. Season the cream mixture with a pinch of salt, black pepper, and fresh thyme.
- 3. Cut the tart dough to fit exactly into the basket of your air fryer.
- 4. Spread the seasoned cream mixture evenly over the dough.
- 5. Peel the shallot and dice it into very fine cubes.
- 6. Cut the bacon into coarse pieces.
- 7. Distribute the shallot cubes and bacon pieces evenly over the cream.
- 8. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 9. Place the tart on a piece of baking paper and slide it into the basket.
- 10. Bake the tart for 10 to 13 minutes until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
- 11. Keep in mind that the cooking time depends on the thickness of your dough.
