🍽️ Crispy Winter Vegetables with Feta from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 3 Potato(es)
- 3 Carrot(s)
- 3 Jerusalem artichoke
- 2 Stalk(s) Celery
- 0.5 Fennel bulb(s)
- 3 tsp, heaping Spice paste (with ginger from my recipes, see database)
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 150 g Feta cheese
Instructions
- 1. Prepare the green spice paste with ginger (Recipe ID: 2919191444220898).
- 2. Wash the vegetables thoroughly and remove any tough skins or stems if necessary.
- 3. Cut the vegetables into equal, bite-sized pieces.
- 4. Place the vegetable pieces into a bowl.
- 5. Drizzle the oil over the vegetables.
- 6. Add the prepared spice paste.
- 7. Mix everything well until every piece is evenly coated.
- 8. Taste briefly at the end and add more spices if needed.
- 9. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
- 10. Place the marinated vegetables into the air fryer basket.
- 11. Cook the vegetables at 200 °C for 20 minutes.
- 12. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes.
- 13. Open the air fryer and turn the vegetables once.
- 14. Distribute the feta cubes evenly over the vegetables.
- 15. Close the air fryer and cook the dish at 200 °C for another 10 minutes.
- 16. Remove the vegetables from the air fryer and serve warm.
- 17. Enjoy the dish as a main course for two people or as a side dish for four people.
