Ingredients
- 600 g ribs (thick pork ribs)
- spice mix (kebab spice)
Instructions
- 1. Have the butcher split the thick rib lengthwise.
- 2. Separate the rib into individual ribs using a knife.
- 3. Coat the ribs all over with kebab spice mix.
- 4. Let the spices marinate in the ribs for at least 2 hours.
- 5. Arrange the ribs in the lower part of the air fryer.
- 6. Cook the ribs in the air fryer for 25 to 30 minutes, until they reach your desired level of browning.
