🍽️ Crispy Cheese Sticks from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. cheese (-sticks)
- 1 portion breadcrumbs
- 1 portion flour
- 1 tsp herbs of Provence
- 1 pinch(es) salt and pepper
- 1 pkg. spice mix (salad dressing, instant)
- 3 tbsp oil
Instructions
- 1. Pour the breadcrumbs into a deep plate.
- 2. Season the breadcrumbs with salt, pepper, and the herbs.
- 3. Mix the salad dressing powder with the oil.
- 4. Place the flour in a separate deep plate.
- 5. Crack the egg into a third deep plate and whisk it.
- 6. Coat the cheese sticks first in the flour.
- 7. Dip the floured sticks into the whisked egg.
- 8. Roll the sticks last in the seasoned breadcrumb mixture.
- 9. Place a small aluminum foil tray in the air fryer basket to prevent dripping damage.
- 10. Place the breaded cheese sticks into the aluminum foil tray.
- 11. Drizzle the sticks with the oil and seasoning mixture.
- 12. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and cook the sticks for 8 minutes until crispy.
- 13. Shake the basket briefly after 4 minutes to ensure even browning.
