  3. 3. Stir the mixture vigorously until it becomes thick and sticky.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the flour, the baking powder, and the salt over the mixture.
  5. 5. Knead everything together into a firm dough.
  6. 6. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap.
  7. 7. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for at least four hours.
  8. 8. Take the dough out of the refrigerator.
  9. 9. Use a teaspoon to form small balls the size of a walnut.
  10. 10. Roll each ball generously in powdered sugar until completely covered.
