🍽️ Crispy Shrimp from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 500 g large shrimp (frozen, without heads and deveined)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- curry powder
- thyme
- oregano
- basil
- 1 clove(s) of garlic
- a little chili powder
- 1 squeeze of lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Let the large shrimp thaw in cold water.
- 2. Rinse the shrimp under running water.
- 3. Pat the shrimp dry with kitchen paper.
- 4. Finely chop the garlic.
- 5. Finely chop the fresh herbs as well.
- 6. Add the garlic, herbs, and remaining ingredients to a bowl.
- 7. Mix the marinade ingredients well together.
- 8. Season the marinade to your liking.
- 9. Add the dry shrimp to the bowl with the marinade.
- 10. Toss the shrimp so they are completely coated with the marinade.
- 11. Let the shrimp marinate for about 10 minutes.
- 12. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 13. Place the marinated shrimp in the air fryer basket.
- 14. Cook the shrimp for 7 minutes at 180 °C.
- 15. Remove the cooked shrimp from the air fryer.
- 16. Serve the shrimp with tzatziki, salad, and white bread.
- 17. Enjoy a glass of wine with your meal.
