🍽️ Crispy XXL Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients
- 500 g sweet potato(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 2 tbsp thyme
- 1 pinch(es) salt
- 1 pinch(es) chili
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Peel the sweet potatoes.
- 2. Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise.
- 3. Cut the halves into thick fry strips.
- 4. Place the fries in a bowl of water.
- 5. Let the potatoes soak in the water for at least 30 minutes.
- 6. Finely chop the garlic clove.
- 7. Mix the garlic with the oil and the thyme.
- 8. Line the air fryer with baking paper.
- 9. Remove the sweet potatoes from the water and place them on the paper.
- 10. Brush the fries with the garlic-oil mixture.
- 11. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 12. Cook the fries at 180 °C for 10 minutes until they are soft.
- 13. Then cook the fries for another 6 to 8 minutes at 180 °C until they are crispy.
- 14. Remove the fries from the air fryer.
- 15. Sprinkle them with salt and chili to taste.
