🍰 Crispy Apple Cinnamon Amaretti Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 30 g sugar
- 30 g oil
- 50 ml milk
- 70 g flour
- 0.25 packet baking powder
- 20 g amaretti
- 0.5 apple
- a little cinnamon
Instructions
- 1. Cut the apple into small cubes.
- 2. Sprinkle the apple pieces with cinnamon and toss them to coat.
- 3. Beat the eggs and sugar together with a hand mixer until creamy.
- 4. Slowly pour in the oil while continuing to mix.
- 5. Stir the milk into the mixture.
- 6. Sift the flour and baking powder directly into the bowl.
- 7. Stir the batter until it is completely smooth and lump-free.
- 8. Gently fold the crumbled Amaretti cookies into the batter.
- 9. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 10. Fill the muffin liners halfway with the batter.
- 11. Distribute the cinnamon-coated apple slices on top of the batter in the liners.
- 12. Place the liners into the air fryer basket.
- 13. Bake the muffins at 180 °C for 10 minutes.
- 14. Open the fryer after 5 to 7 minutes to check the doneness.
- 15. Remove the muffins when they are golden brown and fully baked.
