Ingredients
- 4 large mushrooms
- 75 g cream cheese (Boursin)
- 0.5 onion(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
Instructions
- 1. Wash the mushrooms and pat them dry.
- 2. Cut off the bottom end of the stem.
- 3. Carefully remove the stem.
- 4. Dice the stem into small cubes.
- 5. Use a teaspoon to scrape out the dark gills from the mushroom caps.
- 6. Dice the onions into fine cubes.
- 7. Heat a pan over medium heat.
- 8. Add the mushroom pieces and onions to the pan.
- 9. Sauté the vegetables until they are soft.
- 10. Press the garlic directly into the pan.
- 11. Turn off the stove.
- 12. Add the Boursin cheese to the pan.
- 13. Stir the mixture until the cheese is completely melted.
- 14. Fill the mushroom caps with the cheese mixture.
- 15. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 16. Place the stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer basket.
- 17. Cook the mushrooms for 14 minutes at 180 °C.
