  2. 2. Cut off the bottom end of the stem.
  3. 3. Carefully remove the stem.
  4. 4. Dice the stem into small cubes.
  5. 5. Use a teaspoon to scrape out the dark gills from the mushroom caps.
  6. 6. Dice the onions into fine cubes.
  7. 7. Heat a pan over medium heat.
  8. 8. Add the mushroom pieces and onions to the pan.
  9. 9. Sauté the vegetables until they are soft.
  10. 10. Press the garlic directly into the pan.
  11. 11. Turn off the stove.
  12. 12. Add the Boursin cheese to the pan.
  13. 13. Stir the mixture until the cheese is completely melted.
  14. 14. Fill the mushroom caps with the cheese mixture.
  15. 15. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
  16. 16. Place the stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer basket.
  17. 17. Cook the mushrooms for 14 minutes at 180 °C.
