🍽️ Crispy Puff Pastry Pockets with Tomato and Mozzarella

Ingredients
- 275 g puff pastry (from the refrigerated section)
- 250 g date tomatoes (or cocktail tomatoes, small)
- 200 g mozzarella (sliced)
- n. B. tomato paste (for brushing)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the fresh puff pastry into small square pieces.
- 2. Spread each pastry square thinly with tomato paste.
- 3. Place slices of tomato and mozzarella on one half of each square.
- 4. Fold the empty part of the pastry over the filling to form a small pocket.
- 5. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
- 6. Place the pockets in the air fryer and bake them until crispy for 11 minutes.
