Ingredients
- 4 potato pancakes (grated potato pancakes), ready-to-bake, frozen
- 4 medium-sized tomato(s)
- 1 ball mozzarella
- salt and pepper
- oregano
Instructions
- 1. Place the frozen potato pancakes directly into the air fryer basket without thawing them first.
- 2. Preheat the air fryer to 160 °C and bake the potato pancakes for 10 minutes.
- 3. Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into small cubes.
- 4. Mix the vegetables and cheese together in a bowl.
- 5. Season the mixture with oregano, salt, and pepper to your liking.
- 6. Spread the tomato and mozzarella mixture evenly over the pre-baked potato pancakes.
- 7. Place the topped potato pancakes back into the air fryer.
- 8. Bake everything at 160 °C for another 4 minutes until the cheese melts.
