Ingredients
- 200 g Okara
- 1 large Carrot(s)
- 1 small Beetroot
- 1 medium-sized Parsley root(s)
- 1 medium-sized Parsnip(s)
- some Flour
- 2 Egg(s)
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 small piece(s) Chili pepper(s)
Instructions
- 1. Clean the root vegetables and grate them coarsely using a kitchen grater.
- 2. Place the grated vegetables into a bowl and add the okara.
- 3. Mix the vegetables and okara together roughly.
- 4. Stir the two eggs into the vegetable mixture.
- 5. Add enough flour until you have a firm mixture that is easy to shape.
- 6. Season the mixture with spices to your liking.
- 7. Lightly grease the baking pan of your air fryer with cooking spray.
- 8. Fill the vegetable mixture into the prepared pan.
- 9. Place the pan in the air fryer and preheat it to 145 °C.
- 10. Bake the vegetable loaf for approx. 45 minutes until crispy.
