Ingredients
- 400 g beef roast
- 1 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Season the meat generously with salt and pepper.
- 2. Brush the meat thinly with the oil.
- 3. Place a piece of baking paper on the air fryer rack.
- 4. Place the meat on the prepared rack.
- 5. Preheat the air fryer to 70 °C and cook the meat for 50 minutes.
- 6. Wrap the meat tightly in aluminum foil after the cooking time.
- 7. Increase the air fryer temperature to 85 °C and cook the wrapped meat for another 10 minutes.
- 8. Let the meat rest in the aluminum foil for 5 minutes before slicing.
