🍰 Quick Gugelhupf with Apples, Carrots, and Chocolate

Ingredients
- 2 Egg(s)
- 100 ml Oil (neutral, e.g. sunflower oil or rapeseed oil)
- 80 g Sugar
- 1 small Apple
- 1 small Carrot(s)
- 50 g Nuts (whole, at your choice)
- 50 g Dark chocolate (or other chocolate)
- 100 g Flour
- 0.5 packet Baking powder
Instructions
- 1. Grease a small Gugelhupf mold or the appropriate baking pan for the air fryer thoroughly with fat.
- 2. Put the eggs, oil, sugar, roughly chopped apple, roughly chopped carrot, chocolate pieces, and nuts into a food processor.
- 3. Chop all ingredients in the food processor into a coarse mixture.
- 4. Stir the mixture well with a spoon until it is evenly combined.
- 5. Add the flour and baking powder to the batter.
- 6. Stir in the dry ingredients until no more flour lumps are visible.
- 7. Pour the finished batter into the prepared mold.
- 8. Bake the cake at 160 °C for about 35 to 40 minutes.
- 9. Let the cake cool down completely in the mold.
- 10. Carefully remove the cake from the mold.
- 11. Sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar or cover it with glaze as desired.
