  1. 1. Wash the apples thoroughly under running water.
  2. 2. Core the apples to remove the seeds and create a small hollow space.
  3. 3. Knead the marzipan in a bowl thoroughly with the nuts and raisins.
  4. 4. Fill the apples with the marzipan mixture.
  5. 5. Place a small slice of butter on top of the filling in each apple.
  6. 6. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
  7. 7. Place a piece of baking paper into the basket of the air fryer.
  8. 8. Distribute the filled apples evenly in the basket.
  9. 9. Cook the apples at 200 °C for about 15 minutes until they are soft.
  10. 10. Alternatively, fill the apples only partially with marzipan and top up the rest with lingonberry or apricot jam.
