🍰 Crispy Marzipan Apples from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 4 small apples
- 40 g marzipan
- 20 g almond(s) (chopped, or, walnuts)
- 4 small piece(s) butter
- some raisins
Instructions
- 1. Wash the apples thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Core the apples to remove the seeds and create a small hollow space.
- 3. Knead the marzipan in a bowl thoroughly with the nuts and raisins.
- 4. Fill the apples with the marzipan mixture.
- 5. Place a small slice of butter on top of the filling in each apple.
- 6. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
- 7. Place a piece of baking paper into the basket of the air fryer.
- 8. Distribute the filled apples evenly in the basket.
- 9. Cook the apples at 200 °C for about 15 minutes until they are soft.
- 10. Alternatively, fill the apples only partially with marzipan and top up the rest with lingonberry or apricot jam.
