  2. 2. Peel the zucchini, halve it lengthwise, and cut it into strips of about 1 cm wide.
  3. 3. Peel the onion and cut it into eighths.
  4. 4. Dice the bell pepper.
  5. 5. Pour the oil into a bowl.
  6. 6. Add the chopped garlic clove, all spices, the salt, and the rosemary.
  7. 7. Stir the mixture briefly.
  8. 8. Add the prepared vegetables to the bowl.
  9. 9. Mix everything well so that the vegetables are evenly coated with the oil and spices.
  10. 10. Place the vegetables in the basket of the air fryer.
  11. 11. Place the duck on top of the vegetables.
