🍽️ Crispy Duck with Grilled Vegetables from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 300 g duck(s) (boneless, seasoned and pre-cooked)
- 3 m.-sized potato(es)
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 m.-sized zucchini
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 clove(s) garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp thyme (dried)
- 0.5 tsp oregano (dried)
- 1 sprig rosemary (fresh)
- 1 tsp salt (coarse)
- some pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes of about 1 cm.
- 2. Peel the zucchini, halve it lengthwise, and cut it into strips of about 1 cm wide.
- 3. Peel the onion and cut it into eighths.
- 4. Dice the bell pepper.
- 5. Pour the oil into a bowl.
- 6. Add the chopped garlic clove, all spices, the salt, and the rosemary.
- 7. Stir the mixture briefly.
- 8. Add the prepared vegetables to the bowl.
- 9. Mix everything well so that the vegetables are evenly coated with the oil and spices.
- 10. Place the vegetables in the basket of the air fryer.
- 11. Place the duck on top of the vegetables.
- 12. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and cook the dish for 20 to 25 minutes.
