Ingredients
- 750 g potato(es)
- 1 tbsp oil
- spice(s) (to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into even cubes.
- 2. Place the potato cubes in a bowl of water for about 30 minutes.
- 3. Drain the water and pat the cubes dry with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Put the potatoes in a bowl and drizzle them with oil.
- 5. Toss the bowl gently so that the potatoes are lightly coated with oil.
- 6. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 7. Place the potato cubes into the air fryer basket.
- 8. Cook the potatoes for 25 to 30 minutes at 180 °C.
- 9. Shake the basket a few times during cooking to ensure everything becomes evenly crispy.
- 10. Remove the finished potatoes from the fryer.
- 11. Season the potatoes to your own taste.
