  5. 5. Place panko breadcrumbs in a second, separate deep plate.
  6. 6. Dip a fish fillet into the beaten egg.
  7. 7. Coat the egg-dipped fillet in the panko breadcrumbs until fully covered.
  8. 8. Place the breaded fillet on the prepared baking paper in the basket.
  9. 9. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C and cook the fish fillet for 14 to 15 minutes until crispy.
